Why is the shelf life only 90 days?

To ensure continuous quality throughout the whole supply chain, ASML has stated that all critical adhesives leaving our warehouse should do so with no more than 90 days shelf life. The adhesives are stored under specific conditions in our warehouse and tested monthly. After dispatching them, there is no more control over this.

Can we return items to Mavom?

Unfortunately, the qualified adhesives can not be returned. Storage conditions at suppliers and all transport conditions and time may affect the quality and cause risk to the product. Therefore we can not take any stock back.

Why is the lead time for non stock items so long?

Non stock items are ordered especially for you, after we receive your PO. Apart from the lead time from the manufacturer, we also calculate time for the transport to the external testing lab in the UK and the duration of the testing and releasing of the batch.

Can we use our own carrier/forwarder for shipping?

No, this is not possible. We ship with our transport and shipping partners, to ensure the adhesives are packed and transported compliant to law and transportation guidelines from the adhesive manufacturer. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information on this subject.

Can we receive a quote?

The prices for all ASML qualified adhesives are fixed and determined in consultation with ASML. There are no volume discounts, so we will always refer to the price list.

Can we pay through cashiers check, or credit card?

Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by cashier checks or credit cards. An invoice will be sent thorough email and we request payment through bank wire. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information on this subject.
